Dunedin Central, Dunedin
The house had its ups and downs; it was fairly warm in winter, and power and internet were included in the rent, but the noise insulation was terrible, and the kitchen was often overcrowded due to the nine bedrooms created from a former family home. While most flatmates were decent, the landlord was by far the worst part of the experience—he would show up unannounced multiple times a week and had a reputation for evicting tenants on short notice. Despite his friendly facade, he clearly had favorites and was not to be trusted at all.
