Landlord
The house has a good open living area, gas hot water, and is located on a quiet street, but it has its downsides. The water pressure and kitchen appliances are mediocre, and the house can be quite damp and cold, leading to mould on my belongings. The landlord is the biggest issue, as he takes a long time to make decisions and even longer to get repairs done, which makes everything feel drawn out. Overall, while I appreciate the spacious living space, the owner’s responsiveness is frustrating.
