Rate this flatFor the price, you couldn't ask for anything else really; the roof doesn't leak, and the windows close properly. Three rooms are large and easy to heat, while the landlord is literally the best I've ever had—friendly, responsive, and quick to fix things. The best things about this flat are the bargain price, the landlord, and the location, though it can get a bit cold.
I found the flat to be cheap, which is a definite plus. However, the roof leaked, which was a significant downside. Additionally, the landlord doesn't give enough notice before coming over to show people around, making it a bit inconvenient.
I had a good relationship with the landlord, and the location of the flat was definitely the best part. However, the worst thing was that it wasn't very soundproof.
The house itself is fine, but the best thing about it is definitely the location. However, it can get quite cold, which is a downside. Overall, my experience has been mixed.
