The deck is unsturdy and may not meet council requirements, as noted in a building inspection, and noise travels a lot. The back door doesn't seal properly, letting in air and bugs even when closed. While the recently redone kitchen and bathroom are nice, they don't make up for the issues we faced, primarily due to our useless landlord, Tasi, who often ignored our requests for help, forcing us to escalate matters. The view from the kitchen and bathroom is great, but the stress from dealing with the landlord made our experience much more difficult than it needed to be.
