The flat is expensive for what you get, with no lounge for four people—just a hallway. The landlord is horrible, displaying threatening behavior regarding the bond and targeting an individual flatmate who was out of the country. It's hard to deal with them, as they assume everything is your fault, even when it’s due to poor upkeep. The only positive is its proximity to the university, but I would definitely recommend running a mile from this place.
