I love the house! Everything inside is new and clean, and it's quite warm and cozy for me. The landlord is really great and usually comes in the next day if I have an issue. The only downside is that the stairs creak and there's not much soundproofing, but my housemates are like ninjas, so I hardly hear them unless they drop something.

The house is cold, damp, and located in a terrible area. The landlord seems alright, as he only comes in for monthly inspections. The best thing about the place is the stairs, but the worst part is definitely the cold.

I found the flat to be very warm, satisfying, and spacious—definitely one of the warmest I've ever been in, and it's the closest to uni you could get. The landlord is very friendly and approachable, always helping us with everything we needed and answering our questions quickly and professionally. The best thing about the flat is the shower pressure and warmth, but the stairs are a bit of a downside.

The house is warm, and I love the parking lot with its few couches in the sun and hammocks set up in the trees. The landlord is very prompt and reasonable, which is a plus. The best feature is definitely the balcony, though the small living space is a downside.
