Landlord
The house is cold, drafty, and miserable, with a ceiling falling down, leaks, and even rats in the walls. While the landlord might respond occasionally, things rarely get sorted; they talk the talk but don’t follow through. The best thing about the place is its proximity to uni, but honestly, it's just so very cold.
