The flat has a great location and offers a sense of privacy since it's tucked away in a driveway. However, the bathrooms are a major downside; one is cramped and lacks proper ventilation, leading to condensation dripping from the ceiling, while the other has only a shower and no sink or toilet. Additionally, the pipes freeze in cold weather, and it takes about five minutes for the water to come out. Edinburgh Realty manages the property decently, and the owner is nice and relaxed during check-ins.
The house is damp, cold, and has a tiny kitchen, with the living room light being awkwardly bright, like a waiting room. The landlord, Edinburgh Realty, is generally supportive. The best thing about living here is the showers and the people, but the worst part is definitely the dampness and lack of heating.
