Landlord
Living in this flat had its challenges, primarily due to our landlord being in London and our property manager living with us. While I thought having the PM on-site would lead to quicker resolutions, he was often lazy, and our flat was usually the last to be prioritized. The worst experience was enduring bathroom renovations while we were still living there, with no shower for two weeks and no toilet for at least one week, all while paying 140 NZD, which I found unacceptable. The PM's attitude only made things worse. The only redeeming quality was the location.
