Landlord
The landlord was pretty useless at getting things fixed and communicating, but the flat itself was in good condition - new beds, freshly painted. The downstairs south side room never got any sun in winter, but the others were pretty fine. I wouldn't call it a warm flat, but it definitely wasn't freezing and/or mouldy. Definitely be aware that your neighbours are going to be partying all the time, but that's not necessarily a bad thing!!
