The house is cold and lacks good insulation and ventilation, which has been the worst part of my experience. The property managers are unresponsive; it took them half a year to fix a window. On the bright side, the location is great.
I would recommend skipping this flat. The showers are terrible, and the wind howls through the window cracks, plus you definitely need a car because of the steep hill. We had to pay $700 in property management fees, which usually come with the rent, and the landlord was a hassle despite our flat being one of the cleanest. The kitchen was the best part, but overall, it was just too cold.
