The location was good, which was the best thing about the flat, but the place itself had no insulation, and the landlord didn't care once he had three rooms rented. He was very casual and allowed one tenant to fall 10 weeks behind in rent before attempting to reach out. The worst part was living with very loud flatmates who spent their wages on drinking.
