Landlord
The flat's distance to the university campus isn't as far as it seems, and despite being a terraced flat, the noise from neighbors is minimal. The lounge gets plenty of sun during summer, but in winter, it receives very little due to the low sun. The kitchen is surprisingly dark. However, the landlord is somewhat abrasive and rude, particularly towards women, and he dismissed us as students, even threatening to call our parents if we caused issues, which felt condescending. Overall, the size for the price is the best aspect, but the landlord is definitely the worst.
