The flat is really well looked after, but it is freezing and doesn't hold warmth well; half the windows don't open, and the others don't close properly. While the landlord is very fast at responding, the shower room is always damp and cold, leading to mould growth despite regular airing and cleaning. The best part of the flat is definitely the shower, but the thin walls and overall coldness make it challenging to live in.
