The house is very sunny and in a good location, which I really appreciate. The best thing about living here is definitely the location, but the flatmates have been a downside for me.

Living in this flat with seven people felt like too many, and while it looks good at first glance, it’s actually quite disappointing. The landlord situation was frustrating; the previous property manager at Edinburgh Realty was useless, but the new landlord seems better, even though she’s still getting up to speed. The best aspects are the size and location, but the worst parts include the landlord issues, mould, and the kitchen.
