I really enjoy living in this flat; it’s warm throughout the winter, and while the rent is a bit pricey, the warmth and dryness make it worth it for staying healthy year-round. The view off the deck in the summer is great, and the location is fantastic. Our landlord is the best I've ever dealt with—she fixed our broken shower within 24 hours without us even having to call her. The only downside is that the oven is a bit outdated, but overall, it’s a small, easy-to-clean flat.

The room facing the road gets no sun, making it very cold compared to the other two rooms. The landlord's daughter is super friendly and gets things done, which is a plus. The best part of the flat is that it's warm and the bedroom sizes are good, but the appliances are pretty cheap.
