The house has a small kitchen and lounge that heat up quickly, and while the floor is a bit uneven, it's manageable. The rooms are decent sizes, with one being an awkward shape, but there's plenty of storage space. I love the location—just a five-minute walk to the supermarket and uni, plus a petrol station right across the road. The landlords are nice and better than most, though a bit slow, but the worst part is definitely the small kitchen. You can hear Starters bar on Thursday and Saturday nights, along with some road noise from drunks.
