Rate this flatThe house has a rat living in the backyard, which is a bit unsettling. The landlord is really friendly but takes ages to do anything. On the plus side, it stays warm if you get it warm, though it does get quite damp.
The house has a big room, which is definitely the best feature. However, the worst part is the lots of street noise that can be quite disruptive. Overall, my experience has been mixed.
