The house is close to town and easy to heat with heat pumps, which is a plus. The landlord is good, and I’d say the best thing about the place is definitely the landlord. However, the worst thing is that the house is quite small.

I really enjoyed living in this flat due to its great location, nice and close to town. The landlord was easy going and quick to fix any issues that came up. The best part was the peace and quiet, although the lack of sunlight was a downside.

The flat consists of two levels, with the upstairs receiving much more sunlight than the downstairs. The location is great, being close to both the university and town, which is definitely the best aspect. The landlord is more than happy to provide tenants with anything they ask for, but the living area is quite small.

I really enjoyed living in this flat due to its great location—close to the uni and town, yet set back enough to avoid the noise and chaos. The landlord was very good, relaxed, and approachable. The only downside was the limited outdoor space.

I really enjoyed living in this flat because of its great location, close to both Uni and town. The two heat pumps made it easy to keep warm, and it was nice and quiet. The landlord is a top-notch bloke who is reliable and quick to address any issues, plus he provides great banter. The only downside is that the flat doesn't get a lot of sun.

I found the house to have a spacious room in a good location, and it was generally quite quiet. The landlord was great and really easygoing, which made my experience enjoyable. The best part was how clean and quiet the place was, though the steep hill with lots of stairs was a bit of a downside.

I lived in the upstairs flat at 10A with five people, and the location was excellent, especially for Med and Dent students—just a five-minute walk to lectures without the noise. The flat is a bit small but easily heated, and the landlord is reasonable, easy-going, and quick to respond to any issues. The only downside for me was the lack of sunlight in my room, though other rooms were fine.
