Rate this flatThe house is close to town and easy to heat with heat pumps, which is a plus. The landlord is good, and I’d say the best thing about the place is definitely the landlord. However, the worst thing is that the house is quite small.
I really enjoyed living in this flat due to its great location, nice and close to town. The landlord was easy going and quick to fix any issues that came up. The best part was the peace and quiet, although the lack of sunlight was a downside.
The flat consists of two levels, with the upstairs receiving much more sunlight than the downstairs. The location is great, being close to both the university and town, which is definitely the best aspect. The landlord is more than happy to provide tenants with anything they ask for, but the living area is quite small.
