The flat has a good location and feels nice and homely, with a really good shower. However, it gets quite cold and the kitchen size can be frustrating if more than one person wants to cook, as there's hardly any bench space or storage. The bathroom isn't the best and there's no dryer, but the landlord is really quick to reply and fix problems, which is great.

The house is extremely cold in winter, and the heat pump doesn’t reach all the rooms, so you might need to buy individual heaters. It also gets very mouldy, making a dehumidifier a must. On the plus side, it’s close to the uni, and the landlord is great—very understanding and helpful, though you might occasionally have to deal with his not-so-nice brother. Overall, the mould is definitely the worst part.

I had a bad experience with this studio apartment and the landlord. He and his family live on-site and often enter without giving the required 24-hour notice for viewings, while also restricting our use of common areas, like turning off the heater and not allowing the dryer to fully dry clothes. Many amenities, such as the dishwasher, light bulbs, and heater, have been broken for over six months, and he refuses to fix them. The best thing about the place is that there are enough lights, but the warm water is not stable.

The landlord is not polite and does not respect tenants, which has made my experience frustrating. The lights and dishwasher in the kitchen have not worked for a year, and the whole flat is so old. Honestly, I can't think of anything good to say about it.

The kitchen is super small, and the lounge is non-existent, which makes the space feel cramped. The landlord won't remember your name, shows up unannounced, and rarely fixes anything. The best thing about this flat is its location, but the worst part is how cold it gets.

The house is colder than outside, with no sun and a large gap under the doors, creating an arctic environment. While the landlord can be a bit slow to respond, I've found it's sometimes better to call than text about problems. On the plus side, it's close to the university, which is definitely a benefit.

The house is cold and falling apart, which has been quite disappointing. The landlord is a bit forgetful and only really responds when he comes to check the flat. On the plus side, it's close to 24/7, which is convenient.

The building was a refurbished office, and the kitchen was minimal, just a sink, oven, washing machine, and some cupboards, making it a struggle for more than three people to fit side by side. The rooms were decent and tidy but needed airing to avoid mold, and the tiny lounge was rarely used. On the plus side, the property manager was great—polite and friendly, and issues were often sorted promptly. One of the best things was having two toilet rooms beside each other, which allowed for many good chats while on the throne, but the worst part was definitely the kitchen and lack of laundry facilities.

The house is good and cold, dark, and has no lounge, plus it's next to Night and Day. The landlord is pretty on to it, which is a plus. The best thing about the place is that it's close to uni, but honestly, it's colder than the freezer.

The house is good and cold, dark, and lacks a lounge, but it's conveniently close to uni. The landlord is pretty on to it and a good guy. However, it's definitely colder than our freezer.
