The house is nice but a bit further from campus than my previous place, and the kitchen's cleanliness really depends on your flatmates—mine is a little messy. The landlord is quick to respond to inquiries, though not very flexible with certain agreements, like adding extra heaters. The best part about living here is everything, but the worst is the noise from the busy main road and the occasional drunk students passing by at night; I can literally hear their conversations.

The house is really warm, even without using the heater, and it has really fast internet. The kitchen is a bit small for sharing, but everything else is great. The landlord is very welcoming and quick to resolve any issues. The only downside is that you can hear the tenant upstairs since it's not very soundproof.

I really like the studio; it has a nice historical feel with unique design and beautiful stained glass windows. It has 11 rooms and 3 shared bathrooms, and while it can be a bit cold in winter, unlimited heaters keep it comfortable. The landlord is super friendly and accommodating, always quick to help, and I appreciate the included internet and power. My room cost $180, came furnished, and I even had access to a balcony, plus I got to meet many new flatmates. The only downside is that there’s no clothes dryer, but drying clothes outside works fine.

The house is very warm, although it can be cold in the mornings. The internet and power are included, so staying warm doesn't cost extra. The landlord is very friendly and casual, and the best part is the cheap rent, despite the chilly mornings.

The house is very warm and modern, which I really appreciate. However, the landlord is too fussy for my liking. While the warmth is definitely the best thing about the place, it is a little far away from everything.

The house has a heat pump, which is definitely the best feature. I didn't have any issues with the landlord, and there wasn't anything particularly negative to mention. Overall, my experience was positive.
