The flat has good-sized rooms and a nice, tidy layout, plus the heat pump works really well. It's in a secluded spot that's handy to Unipol and the university, and the landlord is relatively responsive to maintenance issues. However, the insulation is poor, making the rooms especially cold downstairs, and the rent feels a bit high for what you get. The internet provided by the landlord is also terrible, though it's supposed to be upgraded to fiber next year.

The house has an average bathroom, a tiny kitchen, and small rooms, and it's not very well insulated, making it quite cold. However, the location is great, and when the fireplace is going, it heats up nicely. The landlord is alright at following up on serious problems.

The carpet in the flat is so thick you could sleep on it, and the landlord is fantastic—very communicative and helpful with any issues. The courtyard out back is great for mingling, and the flat itself is modern for the price range. However, the shared driveway is always busy, and the big trees block the sun from the downstairs rooms earlier than we'd like. Overall, the best part is the landlord and the coziness of the place!

The house has large, sunny rooms with north-facing windows, but it gets very cold due to the many windows, and there's no storage in the kitchen. The fridge is also a problem since it leaks. On the plus side, the landlord replies quickly and always sorts out any issues, but the worst part has been dealing with mould.

The house is pretty warm, with all rooms getting sun, which I really appreciate. However, the toilet sometimes won't flush, and the landlords can be a bit slow to respond since they own a lot of properties. The best things about the flat are its warmth and space, but the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired.

The house gets very damp in winter, but it's lovely and warm in summer, thanks to the amazing fireplace that keeps the whole place cozy. The landlord is helpful when contacted, although there are times when issues and maintenance don't get followed through. The best thing about the flat is definitely the fireplace, while the constant dampness is the worst aspect.

I lived in a great spacious flat with a good setup and a fantastic location. The landlord, who manages several properties, was responsive and fixed any issues within 48 hours after being reminded. The flat was easy to keep clean since it was in good condition, but the noise that traveled from other rooms was a downside.

The house was fine, but the worst thing about it was how cold it got. The landlord was decent, and while there wasn't anything particularly special, it was an okay place to live.
