Rate this flatThe flat has a great location, super close to uni, which is definitely the best part. However, it gets very cold inside, especially in the living area, and some walls and ceilings have separated, causing drafts and mould. While the kitchen and bathroom are nice, the freezing cold is a significant downside.
The best thing about the flat is the sun, which makes the space feel warm and inviting. However, the worst thing is the rotten floorboard, which can be quite concerning. Overall, it has its ups and downs.
