The flat has good-sized bedrooms and a cozy living area that warms up nicely with the heat pump, but the kitchen is small and not ideal for more than one person cooking at a time. Unfortunately, the place doesn't get much sun, and in winter, it can be really cold—I've even seen my breath inside! Kelly, the landlord, is great at responding quickly via email, but her lack of a mobile number makes it tough to reach her during emergencies, and while she handles big issues promptly, smaller repairs can take a while. Overall, I appreciate the big bedrooms and new fridge, but the low shower pressure, rips in the carpet, and unreliable Wi-Fi in the bedroom are definitely drawbacks.

The house was cold and draughty, which was definitely the worst part of living there. However, the landlord was not bad, and the best thing about the flat was my room, which was big and got the most sun. Overall, it had its ups and downs.

If there was a 0, I would select that option for this flat. It's wet, non-insulated, and has constant mould, poor shower and drainage, peeling walls, and no sun—really nothing good about it except the low price, which should be even lower given the conditions. The landlord doesn't seem to care about fixing anything unless prompted, probably because they know how bad it is. The best part of my experience has been my flatmate, but I could go on and on about the worst aspects.

The living space is small but has a big backyard, and it heats up quickly when cooking. While the three bedrooms are in good condition, one is less than ideal, and there are leaks in the hallway that only occur when it snows, which is odd. My room gets a lot of sunlight, but the leaks are definitely the worst part. The landlord is talkative and usually quick to reply, though he can take longer if he's sick or out of town without informing us.
