Rate this flatI've enjoyed living in my warm sleep-out room with its own bathroom, but the flat itself is quite cold, and only some rooms get sun, making it feel rather expensive for what it is. The lounge is tiny and lacks windows, and while the landlord takes a while to get things done, the location is definitely the best aspect of this place.
The flat has a good size lounge and awesome field for activities, but it loses a lot of sun in winter, making it seem cold, especially since one bedroom gets no sun at all. The washing line is in shade under trees, and while the shower pressure is good, the lounge curtains are paper thin, and it gets really hot upstairs in summer. The landlord lives in Auckland but communicated well with our property manager, so overall, it's a good flat.
