I found the flat to be in a nice and quiet area, which I appreciated. However, it was quite cold and damp, making it less comfortable. The best part was its proximity to the supermarket, and the landlord was nice and easy to deal with. Overall, while the location was great, the cold was definitely a downside.

Living in this flat has been quite challenging. It's difficult to heat, extremely draughty with gaps under all the doors, and the bathroom is always damp with plumbing that backs up constantly. The landlord is super unreliable, often giving less than 24 hours' notice for viewings and has changed three times in the past seven months. The only positive is its location near the supermarket and pet store, but honestly, everything else has been a struggle.

I lived in a spacious three-bedroom flat with a recently renovated and clean bathroom, which was great. The best part was its proximity to New World for grocery shopping, and there were some nice places to eat nearby. However, the lease was a lengthy 12 months, and getting to uni in winter was tough due to icy roads. While the landlord was very nice and understanding, I found the property managers lacking in communication and responsiveness. Overall, it was a fairly quiet place with friendly neighbors, but not ideal for those who love to party.

The house has a small kitchen, which is definitely its downside. However, the landlord is pretty helpful, and the best thing about the place is its proximity to the supermarket.

The worst thing about the flat was the mould, which was quite concerning. Overall, my experience was mixed, but that issue really stood out.

The house had its issues, particularly with mould, which was the worst part of living here. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the landlord or any standout features since there wasn't much to highlight. Overall, my experience was mixed due to the mould problem.

The house has improved since we stayed there, and it’s much nicer now. The landlord can be a bit unresponsive; if you don't ask him multiple times to do something, it won't get done. The best part of the flat is the 51-inch TV, but the worst is definitely the mould.

The house is very cold, especially the bathroom, with very little insulation, and the heat pump doesn't effectively warm the hallway or bedrooms. However, it has nice big bedrooms and is affordable for a 3-bedroom place. The landlord is very nice and helpful, but the cold is definitely the worst aspect.
