I lived in a five-bedroom, two-bathroom top-floor apartment that had a large kitchen and lounge area resembling a Manhattan loft, which was the best part of the flat. However, it was very cold in winter and hard to heat. The landlord was the worst aspect, as it was very hard to get in contact with them, and they took forever to respond or fix anything. We also faced issues with the bond and were charged for various things we didn't cause.

The flat is great—very big and spacious with a nice layout, though it can be cold at times; the heat pump works a treat! However, the dryer hardly works and needs to be taped shut, and both the dishwasher and washing machine sometimes leak, which has caused damage to the hallway carpet and adjacent bedroom. The landlord can be hard to contact since he goes overseas regularly, but he is a very nice man, along with the Property Manager.
