Rate this flatWe killed the possum in the roof, which was quite an experience. The landlord is potentially the worst in Dunedin and was a bastard to deal with. However, the best thing about the place was definitely the deck and view.
I had a mixed experience with my flat rental. The property manager had terrible communication, and the house was quite cold. On the bright side, the awesome view made up for some of the issues. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it due to the bad landlord.
The house is very cold and doesn't get much sun, which makes it uncomfortable. The landlords are frustrating and not very pleasant to deal with. On the bright side, the balcony is the best feature of the place.
The house has lots of room to run around and a great inside-outside flow, with a deck that gets no wind and is in the sun all day. The landlord is great and easy to deal with, and the best part is having enough room for eight people without feeling squashed. The only downside is having to walk shopping up to the kitchen from the road.
The setup of the house is fucking awesome, though it can be pretty cold—definitely not the coldest flat I've lived in, though. The landlord gets shit done ASAP and has been fair with reimbursements while they redo some parts of the place to sell. The best thing about the flat is the layout of the rooms, but the worst thing is still the cold.
