Rate this flatI found this flat to be well-priced and in an excellent location, though it can be quite cold in winter. However, it gets plenty of sun on both sides, and the lounge heats up quickly with the heat pump. The landlord is incredibly friendly and helpful, resolving any issues within the hour—definitely the best landlord I've ever dealt with!
The house is pretty expensive, but it's great overall. The landlord is rather disorganised, and the house could use better insulation; a few double glazed windows would really enhance its value. The best things about it are the class and location, but the price is definitely the worst aspect.
