I lived in the bottom story of a house on a hill facing east, which offered privacy from the trees on the north side, but the bad sunlight hours in winter made one room on the southeast side difficult to heat and keep dry. The property manager was polite and courteous, and responses to queries sent during office hours were pretty quick. Overall, the best thing about the place was the privacy provided by the trees.

The house is very sheltered, which I appreciate, and the privacy provided by the trees is definitely the best aspect. However, it can be unclear who to deal with regarding landlord issues, though the office is the safest bet. One downside is the bad sunlight hours in winter.
