The house was cold and mouldy, and I even dealt with rats, which made for an unpleasant living situation. The landlords were lazy and unwilling to invest any money in the flat for general upkeep. The only good thing was the carpark, but overall, the experience was quite disappointing.

This place was generally a good flat in a totally awesome location, and it felt very spacious with five of us living there. The downsides were the chill in winter due to a lack of insulation and the difficulty in keeping it clean. I never met the landlord, but the property manager was easy to deal with and handled things quickly. Overall, the best thing about the flat was definitely the location!
