I really liked the location of the flat, but the experience was marred by a horrible landlord who poorly installs fixtures and often blames tenants when they break. The property manager from Harcourts provided zero support when issues arose, making the situation even worse. Overall, it's a great flat as a unit, but the management is a significant downside.
