I lived in a warm, quiet flat with an amazing landlord who was very helpful and always responded within the hour. The best thing about the place was that it felt new, but the worst part was its proximity to Fatty Lane.
The house is close and compact, which I appreciate, but there is some mold in certain rooms, and the bathroom has no window. On the plus side, the landlord lives nearby and is great at fixing things.
