The house has a drafty back door and suffers from a lack of sunlight, which can be a downside. However, the bathroom is the best feature, and the landlord is very friendly and good to deal with.
The house is massive, making it great for having guests over, activities, parties, or just chilling. The landlord and property manager are very professional and great to us. The best thing about the place is definitely its size, but the worst part has been the neighbours.
I found that being closer to the city centre rather than right on campus offered much better value. The landlord was always quick to remedy any issues, which I appreciated. The best thing about the flat was the location and the en suite bathroom, but the worst part was that our neighbour often complained to the council and ODT.
