The flat is massive, perfect for activities, with two showers and two toilets, and I love that there are no neighbors. However, it can get really cold, and the landlord is very unhelpful; I had to pester him to get anything done. There’s also a gimp room and I can get on the roof, but overall, the cold is definitely the worst part.
