Rate this flatThe location of the flat is fantastic, just a minute's walk to uni and right on a lively party street. However, we've had issues with the property manager, who has tried to charge us for damages we didn't cause and has been difficult to deal with regarding the bond. Just be smart and only pay what is necessary.
I had a terrible experience with this house, primarily because of the landlord. He is sneaky and intimidating, getting us to sign forms without fully understanding them, and I’m going to have to take him to tribunal like many others have. Honestly, there was nothing good about living here—just a terrible landlord.
The house is small but nice and tidy, making it easy to heat. However, the thin walls can be a downside. I have no comments about the landlord.
