Rate this flatI really feel like it's a home, and the location is definitely the best thing about this flat. However, the room size is a downside, and I find the landlord to be very lazy.
I really love this flat; with its wonderful decor, nice gardens, and recently renovated, colorful spaces, it feels like a home rather than just a rental. The big kitchen is awesome, and I appreciate that the landlord is planning to add more insulation. However, the property manager is awful, which is a downside, especially since the flat can get quite cold. Overall, the landlord is great, but the management leaves much to be desired.
