The flat is warm, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, the poor sound insulation, especially on the first floor, can be quite bothersome. On the plus side, the landlord is generally easy-going.

Resident Reviews
The house is nice and big, with a great balcony, and it's conveniently close to town and the supermarket. However, I've had issues with mice, leaks in the roof, and it can get quite noisy and cold at night. The landlord is responsive if you keep reminding him about repairs. Overall, the balcony is definitely the best feature, while the mice are the worst.
The house has its issues, like a roof that leaks when it snows or rains, a useless washing machine, and an even worse oven, though the fridge and chest freezer are good. Some of the sunny rooms at the back can get pretty warm, but downstairs is cold, and we've had a few mice, with reports of many more last year. The landlord is useless and doesn't respond to text messages, which adds to the frustration.
The house was in a good location, and I appreciated that the landlord was well organized. The best part was that it was brand new, but unfortunately, I had to move out.
