I found the flat to be very moldy and damp, with creaky floors and a noticeable lean. There's likely no insulation, and the shower often runs cold. While the landlord is okay, they did little to fix the shower issue. On the plus side, it's close to town, but the cold and mold are definitely the worst aspects.

The location of the flat is the best thing about it, but I need to take precautions against dampness and cold, especially during winter. The landlord is highly organized and a good landlord, which makes the experience better despite the chilly conditions.

The house is close to uni and town, which is great, but it's damp with some mould, and the windows leak air and sometimes water, making it a bit chilly. The heat pump is sweet, though. The best thing about living here is that it's a residential college, which is very warm, and honestly, there's not really anything I can complain about.
