The house has a lot of issues, like a very mouldy first-floor bathroom and significant variation in room quality, with some being cold, small, or lacking sunlight. While the landlord is generally helpful and responsive, some problems remain unaddressed, and the heat pump is poorly placed. On the bright side, the size and location are great, with a big outdoor area that’s nice on sunny days, but overall, it’s cold, old, and not very well designed, especially the lounge area.
