Stayed at this place for 4 years (I think) and there were only a few negative things about it that really stand out. The rental agency (Darling) were brilliant. The stuff in the flat was really really old and the oven was on its last legs. It broke and they were so quick in getting it replaced. Take it from me, if you can get Flat 6, try to get Flat 6. Its the inner most Flat so it doesn't get the noise from the road. But, when the Flat parties get going, it can get so freaking loud! That and the damp was our main issues. There were several instances of people randomly climbing over our fence, or flinging cigarette butts into our section. We did get bad cases of damp and mould on the walls, which got annoying to have to deal with, especially during winter where it was too cold to open windows for long. Genuinely though, even with a few rent increases, the location is prime, close to everything and its a comfortable flat at a decent price. Plus, they are OK with cats too (no dogs iirc).
