I really like the flat; it has a great location, a tennis court out back, and plenty of free parking. However, it gets really cold and has some mould, plus there’s no dishwasher. The landlord is a lovely guy who addresses issues quickly, although there are quite a few flat inspections. Overall, the best thing is definitely the location and the house itself.

The house has really nice bathrooms and good-sized, pretty rooms. The landlord is good but quite strict. The best thing about the place is that it's nicely finished and in a good location, but the worst part is that it can be quite cold.

The location of the flat was great, as it was quick to get to Uni. However, the landlord was slow to get things done, and when the heat pump broke, it took ages for him to fix it.
