City Centre, Dunedin
The house is really warm and well insulated, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, the landlord is hard to get hold of, and I have concerns about the security, which is the worst aspect of living here.
The flat is super central, right by the Octagon, which means it's quite loud, but I find the town clock's booming a quirky feature. The kitchen is modern, and the sheltered deck is really warm. The landlord can be a bit of a hassle when it comes to fixing things, so you have to pester him, but the handyman is a gem who helps with odd jobs. Overall, the central location is definitely the best part.
