I really like this nice flat with great rooms, an awesome lounge, and kitchen that gets good sun and doesn't get damp. The landlords are very helpful, which makes living here even better. The best part is definitely the sun in the lounge, though the low pressure water heater can be a bit of a downside.

I really enjoy living in this beautiful flat, which feels very homely and offers stunning views from almost every room. The recently refurbished kitchen and freshly painted walls add to its charm, and I love that most rooms get plenty of sunshine throughout the day. However, the lounge and dining room lack doors, making it hard to heat the central areas, and the flat isn't very soundproof. On the plus side, the landlord addresses issues quickly and effectively, which is a definite bonus.

The flat is really sunny since it's up on the hill, and I love the spaciousness, modern kitchen, and bathrooms. The outdoor area with beautiful views over the harbour is definitely the best part. However, the landlord can be unreasonable and unprofessional at times, and we weren't allowed to get locks on our individual bedrooms, which is a downside.

The house has creaky doors that aren't fully fitted, and the windows and blinds are not ideal. The heating is also an issue. The landlord is immature and slow to address problems, often unclear about when she will come by, and tends to blame us for issues that are her responsibility. On the bright side, the sun and backyard are nice, but overall, it can get really cold here.

I really enjoyed living in this flat. The landlord is great—he genuinely cares, responds quickly to any issues, and even provided heaters that will stay in the flat. While the house has a great layout and nice bathrooms, it can be quite cold since it lacks wall insulation. It's also up a hill, which I didn't mind, and it's close to everything. Overall, I would happily live here again, even though it's the only flat I've experienced.

I had a great experience living in this flat with an amazing landlord, Mike, who was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, and I loved my flatmates. However, the house was quite cold at times, and the landlord visited frequently. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there.
