Landlord
The house is very cold and damp in the winter, with wallpaper that grows weird water bubbles, a leaking heat pump, and even fungus in one bedroom's carpet. While we never met the landlord in person, he responded quickly to our emails and was pretty good overall. The spacious living area and nice view from one bedroom are the best features, but the worst part is that the downstairs neighbors can hear everything we say, along with the persistent cold and dampness, and one of the bedrooms is tiny.
