I lived in an awesome modern flat that was warm and had heaps of living space, although the wonky floors made everything seem a little uneasy. The landlord is really chilled, and the property manager is fine, though it can take a while to get a response. The best part of the flat was definitely the deck, but the wonky floors were the worst thing about it.

Resident Reviews
The flat is newly renovated, so there's nothing bad about it overall. However, the living area is quite small for the seven people living there, and the shower is not very powerful and has some damage. The best features are definitely the kitchen and deck. The landlord situation will change next year as it will be managed by a property manager.
The house is at an unreasonable price, and it's on a really high hill, which means I need to buy some gear just to climb it. The landlord is fine, but the worst things are definitely the price and the bathroom. The best part has been the agency, though.
