The house is quite old, and while the kitchen is really nice and well-equipped with a dishwasher, the mouldy rotting window frame that was supposed to be fixed last year still hasn't been replaced. The landlord is alright but doesn't seem to get repairs done quickly; we're still waiting on a few, including a broken dryer that the repairmen couldn't fix. On the bright side, my room gets a lot of sunshine and warmth when it's sunny, and the kitchen has plenty of storage. However, the distance I have to walk and the cold can be a downside.
