The house was cold in winter due to a lack of insulation, but it did have a panel heater and a heat pump, and there was no mold, with decent fixtures and windows. We changed landlords halfway through the year; we started with a real estate company, but the new private landlord was a lot better. The best thing about the flat was its quietness, while the worst aspect was the walking distance to amenities.

The sleepout is really warm, which is definitely the best thing about the house. However, I have to deal with two medium warm rooms and one freezing, damp room that gets mouldy. The toilet is temperamental and blocks at the drop of a hat, and when we sent a maintenance request, the landlord lost it, which isn't a great sign of their responsiveness.
