The house isn't as bad as you'd think; it's warmer than I anticipated, and while the bathroom is supposedly being renovated this year, they've been saying that since we moved in in February, so I wouldn't hold my breath. The rent is going up to $120 per room per week next year. The landlord does respond to requests, but it can take a while for them to be completed. The best thing about the flat is definitely the kitchen, while the bathroom is the worst aspect.
