The house has damage to the floor in the lounge and toilet, a small and impractical kitchen, and very dodgy electrical work with extension cords and multi boxes. The toilet opens into the kitchen, which lacks ventilation. While Uniflats manages the property, they often just forward issues to the landlord, who tends to do patch jobs instead of proper fixes and rarely follows through on promised improvements. The best part is the size of the front rooms, but the quality of the kitchen is definitely the worst aspect.
